Responsibilities: Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, bring them to their tables, and present menus with enthusiasm and knowledge.

Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.

Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, monitoring guest satisfaction and addressing any concerns or special requests.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate food and beverage service and maintain a smooth flow of operations.

Assist with table setting, clearing, and cleaning duties to ensure a clean and organized dining area.

Requirements: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is a must Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and multitask with ease.

Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures, including wine service and basic cocktail preparation.

Has genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
